When managing your tokens, you can specify a rate limit (relative to the rate of requests, not network usage). Rate limits are useful if your billing plan charges based on usage. If you do not specify your own limit, a reasonable default (5 per second, 10,000 per hour) is applied to all tokens that ensures the desired Quality of Service (QoS). An HTTP Response Code of 429 is returned for requests exceeding the configured rate limit. Contact Bison Trails if you are seeing rate limiting errors.
