1. Set Up and Fund Celo Terminal

1. Download Celo Terminal​

  1. Navigate to https://celoterminal.com/.

  2. Select your preferred operating system, and follow the on-screen prompts to download Celo Terminal onto your machine.

2. Set up Celo Terminal wallet​

  1. Open the Celo Terminal application and select ADD ACCOUNT.

  2. Select CREATE LOCAL ACCOUNT.

To establish your Celo Terminal wallet with a Ledger hardware device, first ensure you have the Celo application installed in Ledger Live Mangager. Then, select Add Ledger Account in Celo Terminal (instead of selecting Create Local Account), and follow the on-screen prompts to create your account with Ledger.

_ Create a password and name your account

3. Fund Celo Terminal wallet​

  1. In Celo Terminal, select Send/Receive.

  2. Select Transfer.

  3. Under Destination address, select the name of the Celo Terminal wallet you just created.

  4. Copy the wallet address that appears under Destination address (starts with 0x...).

  5. Send your CELO from your exchange or wallet where it is stored to the address you just copied.
