BNB Chain Delegation Guide
On Friday, May 19, 2023, we are sunsetting our public validators for Provenance.
If you are a delegator, we strongly recommend unbonding before this date. Refer to the Provenance Delegation Guide for protocol-specific unbonding periods. This change does not impact any other validator nodes for staking.
This guide explains how to delegate (or stake) BNB with Binance Wallet on the Coinbase Cloud BNB Smart Chain validator within the BNB Chain ecosystem.
To get started:
If you have BNB on the BNB Beacon Chain, you can Stake with Binance Wallet to the Coinbase Cloud validator using the Binance Wallet Chrome Extension or a Ledger.
If you have BNB on the BNB Smart Chain, first Bridge with Binance Wallet to the BNB Beacon Chain and then stake.
If your BNB is already delegated to the BNB Smart Chain, but not on the Coinbase Cloud validator, you can Redelegate with Binance Wallet to Coinbase Cloud.
